And a little bit more about your day-to-day tasks:

  • Coach, motivate, and lead our sales team.
  • Setting up the goals while considering costs, benefits, and risks.
  • Recognize and promote business opportunities and the need for change
  • Understands the client’s requirements
  • Creates an appropriate framework where employees can maximize their performance
  • Determines the direction of the team and ensures that goals and responsibilities within the team are clearly defined and monitored regularly

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years working in sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, in a solution or product tech company
  • Passion for people and business leadership and a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading sales teams
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process
  • Preferred USA Market experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economy, or marketing
  • Storing fluency in English (preferred C1 level of language)
