To bring you a little closer to our areas of focus and on which one you will have an opportunity to work with, we will list some of them:
Patient Engagement and Portals, Health Cloud Solutions, Interoperability and Data Quality Management, Telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring, Medical Devices, and Clinical Decision Support Systems.
And a little bit more about your day-to-day tasks:
- Coach, motivate, and lead our sales team.
- Setting up the goals while considering costs, benefits, and risks.
- Recognize and promote business opportunities and the need for change
- Understands the client’s requirements
- Creates an appropriate framework where employees can maximize their performance
- Determines the direction of the team and ensures that goals and responsibilities within the team are clearly defined and monitored regularly
Education and Experience
- Minimum 4+ years working in sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, in a solution or product tech company
- Passion for people and business leadership and a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading sales teams
- Excellent understanding of the sales process
- Preferred USA Market experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economy, or marketing
- Storing fluency in English (preferred C1 level of language)
- Great leader
- Excellent coaching skills
- Promotes team spirit and creates a sense of responsibility for mutual goals
