We are a digital health company, with more than 300+ solutions delivered in the past 15 years for various health tech clients, leading the charge to transform the healthcare industry in the USA.
We will provide education regarding the health tech domain, our operations, and approaches to clients during the onboarding process to gain base knowledge, so do not hesitate to apply if you don’t have experience in the health tech domain.
Your hands-on experience will start with farming and then after the onboarding, an active search for clients to further business development tasks will be your daily working routine.
Education and Experience
- Sharp business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering
- 4+ years in sales in the tech industry, preferably in a tech solution company
- Basic understanding of the software development process
- Preferred USA Market experience
- Strong fluency in English (preferred C1 level of language)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Entrepreneurial aspirations
- React peak into client’s needs
- Actively contributes to building a long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented person
- The ability and flexibility to recognize and promote business opportunities
Your Typical Day
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Ensure the contracts are carried out correctly
- Manage multiple projects’ delivery with proven quality, within agreed timeline and budget
- Create reports on the progress of the contract and projects
- Coordinate the team’s resources and third parties for the execution of projects
- Develop processes to monitor and track progress on project delivery
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Create a positive experience for clients
