What Will You Be Working On
We are looking for an Engagement Manager that will grow together with the company. You will become part of the strong, experienced Sales team and will have a chance to work closely with our Senior Engagement Manager. We have been scaling our processes, offerings, and expertise to get to the position we are in now – and that is to scale. We are confident in our 20+ years of building custom health tech solutions and want to find someone to help us share this story with future clients. We have already built out a machine to help you achieve the goals we envisioned and are looking for someone whose vision is to help improve the healthcare experience while continuously improving themselves.
You will focus on generating qualified leads through extensive research and outbound strategies alongside our Engagement Managers, who focus on the Top of the sales funnel. Education & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in any of the following fields: marketing, sales, sales operation, business development, lead generation, and account management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English proficiency (C1)
- MS Office & G-Suite proficient user
- Qualifying inbound leads generated from the Vicert website, marketing, and event activities.
- Outreach to generate initial interest from Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to turn into marketing, qualified leads.
- Push leads through the funnel until they become Sales Qualified Leads.
- Nurture existing qualified leads/prospects to convert them to active deals later.
- Strong communication and presentational skills
- A proactive and well-organized approach to work tasks
- Attention to detail and accountability to performance
- Loves to work in a team
- Oriented to self-education and desire to build advanced sales skills
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot)
- Experience with Jira
